Accessing and using the website, submitting requests through contact forms, using the cost estimator, and accessing the client portal imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

WebGlobalBuild offers professional custom software development services, including:

• Web development — websites, web applications, portals, and custom management systems built with modern technologies (Next.js, React, TypeScript)
• E-commerce — online stores with PrestaShop or custom solutions, including product configuration, payments, and logistics
• AI solutions — integration of artificial intelligence models into client projects, automations, text processing, and intelligent logic
• Maintenance and support — updates, bug fixes, monitoring, and ongoing technical support for existing projects

The specific details of each project, including delivery timelines, costs, and features, are defined in a dedicated quote agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

The WebGlobalBuild website and services use artificial intelligence systems (Claude by Anthropic) for the following purposes:

• Assistance chatbot — answers questions from site visitors and portal clients
• Quote line item generation — suggests quote items based on project descriptions
• Email reply suggestions — proposes reply drafts for received emails (admin area)
• Content generation — creates portfolio case studies from project descriptions
• Translation — translates blog articles and portfolio projects from Italian to English

All AI systems used are classified as minimal risk or limited risk under EU Regulation 2024/1689 (AI Act).

AI-generated content is always reviewed by a human operator before publication or delivery. The chatbot is clearly identified as an AI assistant in the interface.

Users have the right to request human operator intervention as an alternative to AI chatbot interaction by contacting [email protected].

The website includes an interactive cost estimator that allows users to obtain an indicative estimate of a project's cost based on configurable parameters (project type, complexity, features).

• The estimates generated are purely indicative and non-binding
• They do not constitute a contractual offer or a definitive quote
• The final price is determined after an in-depth analysis of the specific project requirements
• Submitting a request through the estimator creates a quote request ticket, not a contractual commitment

WebGlobalBuild provides its clients with a dedicated portal for monitoring project progress, viewing quotes and invoices, and communicating directly with the team.

• Portal access is reserved for clients with an active project and is created exclusively by WebGlobalBuild
• Login credentials are personal and non-transferable
• The client is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activity conducted through their account
• WebGlobalBuild reserves the right to suspend or revoke portal access in case of misuse or upon termination of the contractual relationship

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties:

• The source code produced for a project becomes the client's property upon full payment of all invoices related to the project
• Until full payment is received, the code remains the property of Global Svapo S.r.l.s.
• Reusable components, libraries, and frameworks developed or adopted by WebGlobalBuild remain the property of WebGlobalBuild and may be used in other projects
• The WebGlobalBuild brand, logo, website design, and all editorial content (text, images, blog posts) are the exclusive property of Global Svapo S.r.l.s. and are protected by copyright law
• WebGlobalBuild reserves the right to include the completed project in its portfolio, unless a written non-disclosure agreement is in place

The client agrees to:

• Provide truthful and complete information in forms and communications
• Actively collaborate in defining project requirements
• Promptly provide necessary materials, content, and feedback
• Respect the agreed payment terms
• Not use the website or services for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public decency

Payments for services rendered are governed by the quote accepted by the client. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment is made in phases agreed upon in the quote (e.g., deposit upon confirmation, balance upon delivery)
• Invoices are issued by Global Svapo S.r.l.s. (VAT: 02717040816) and are accessible through the client portal
• In case of payment delay exceeding 30 days, WebGlobalBuild reserves the right to suspend work and client portal access
• Prices stated in quotes are in euros and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated

• WebGlobalBuild is committed to providing services with professional diligence, but does not guarantee that the website or services will be free of errors, interruptions, or vulnerabilities
• WebGlobalBuild is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption
• The online estimator's figures are indicative and do not create any contractual liability
• WebGlobalBuild is not liable for malfunctions or interruptions caused by third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Anthropic) or force majeure
• WebGlobalBuild's total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service in question
• AI-generated outputs (chat responses, estimates, translations) are indicative and may contain inaccuracies. WebGlobalBuild is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

• The client may withdraw from the contract at any time by notifying via email or PEC, subject to the obligation to pay for work already performed
• WebGlobalBuild may terminate the contract in case of serious breach by the client, particularly non-payment
• In case of withdrawal, completed and delivered work remains the client's property to the extent already paid for

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution, or termination of these terms, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Court of Trapani, Italy.

Global Svapo S.r.l.s. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date shown at the top. Continued use of the website after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance thereof.
